Welcome to Delta Wellness Group!

We have been in practice together since 2003 in San Juan Capistrano, CA. We have been married for 20 years and have two amazing boys. We met in chiropractic school and soon discovered that we both have the same passion for helping people. We have a family based office, offering holistic care to people all ages….from newborns to people in their 90’s!

Struggling with infertility in the past, we were forced to dig deep into the world of nutrition and stress and how they make a huge impact on our health. We’ve learned so much through our own struggles that we feel compelled to share this with others. We are passionate about empowering others to take their healthcare into their own hands.

We focus on balancing structural integrity, nutrition, and emotional health to offer true holistic healthcare to our patients. We have seen miracles happen and look forward to helping you achieve your health goals.

What is Applied Kinesiology?

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a technique used to evaluate, diagnose, and treat people using the art of muscle testing. Using Muscle Testing, we are able to ascertain where the imbalances in the body are. The imbalances may be in the structural, chemical, emotional, energetic, or a combination of these factors. By addressing all these components of a person, we are able to provide whole body care.

Our bodies have the innate ability to heal. When we are under stress, this healing process may be limited. Stress can be physical, emotional, chemical, or a combination of the three. When we are under stress, we may experience physical symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, low back pain, stomach problems, muscle tightness, and insomnia…just to name a few. As doctors, it is our job to help your body deal with all these stresses. We are just catalysts working for a higher power. We are only given one body and our body is our true home. So take the time every day to do something good for your mind, body, and spirit!
